Chairman's Message

 

CAAEN is committed to promoting personal and professional development of Asian American employees through networking, sharing of best practices, community service, and celebrating diversity. We also act as a conduit to help build a supportive working network for Asian Pacific American (APA) employees by collaboration within our own companies and in the Bay Area communities. Bay Area Asian Americans make up more than 30% of all technical / engineering jobs, however, as we look at senior level positions in Bay Area companies, the number of ranking APAs still lag as a percentage of the working population.
