2008 CAAEN Leadership Training Program

The goal of the Corporate Asian American Employee Network (CAAEN) leadership program is to train 20 to 30 future leaders from the CAAEN network each year.  The program launched in 2007, with more than 20 students from various CAAEN member companies in attendance.

During February through June 2008, this year’s graduates attended the following:

A half-day mentoring session in partnership with the Committee of 100

A half-day communication skills training for Asian professionals led by Preston Ni, Professor of Communication Studies at Foothill College

Four monthly webinars with Asian executive speakers from several CAAEN member companies
