About CAAEN

Established in 2004, CAAEN (Corporate Asian American Employee Network) is a collaborative network of Asian American employee resource groups from the private, public, and educational sectors in the Greater Bay Area community. Over the years, the network has grown from the original 12 founding employee groups to over 20 active member organizations, many of which are of Fortune 500 companies. CAAEN is a registered 501(c)3 educational nonprofit.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote personal and professional development of Asian American employees through networking, sharing best practices, and collaborating over common interests such as diversity and community service.
