Xavier Lee draws from a rich global leadership experience, having worked and lived in San Francisco, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.
He has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as American Express – where he developed new market strategies for both US and International markets, Cigna – as VP of Strategic Marketing where he managed diverse groups such as the Strategic Marketing team, New Product Development, and Internet Business Group.
Xavier holds an MBA from Cornell University where he was awarded the prestigious Park Leadership Fellow – full scholarship based on merit, and a BA in International Relations from University of California Davis where he was also awarded a full ROTC scholarship. He is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Trainer and Coach.
