Monique Zhang is a designer, stylist, and trendsetter who brings her Asian heritage to American culture to showcase her talents. Her creative ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Cicada Couture, a high style custom design studio with a showroom in Union Square of San Francisco. Cicada Couture's fashions were featured in TV news segments, newspapers, and other feature articles. Ms. Zhang's fashions and boutiques were in cities such as NYC, LA, Honolulu, San Francisco, Santa Fe, and Shanghai.
Mark Zhang aka "Zhangster" channels his unique, high energy comedy that hits hard on social issues with clever twists. Well-known for his unpredictable improv, Zhangster has appeared on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and Comedy Time TV, headlines frequently at the San Francisco Punchline, and performs internationally in England, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. The Zhangster’s audiences never forget his powerful stage presence and are always surprised by his edgy wit.
Mari Tochi was born in Tokyo and grew up in Fukui, Japan. Mari fell in love with jazz while studying abroad in Nebraska. After returning to Japan, she made her debut as a professional jazz vocalist at Tokyo's world-famous “Shinjuku Pit Inn”, and Mari soon became a fixture on the Japanese jazz scene.
DJ Genesis grew up in the bay area and has seen the evolution of music and parties for almost ten years. He can be found DJ-ing at numerous venues ranging from the famous Fort Mason and Gift Center to upscale clubs like Yoshi's, Infusion, Ruby Skye, and Supperclub. Genesis is also an official DJ of the award winning radio show Housenation.
