 Gloria So is the principal for KL Realty Holdings, a real estate investments company with a focus on multiple family dwellings, strip centers, and offices. Prior to founding KL Realty, Gloria was the Vice President/ Diverse Markets Manager for Wells Fargo’s Private Client Services, the wealth management arm of Wells Fargo with $12BN of assets under management. She was responsible for developing the multi-cultural high net worth market utilizing focused marketing strategies and business development opportunities.

 Prior to joining Private Client Services, Gloria spent 11 years in the Corporate Properties Group of Wells Fargo where she was responsible for strategy, execution of branch and corporate facilities expansions, and merger integrations. In the 1980s, Gloria spent 10 years managing the design/construction of over $1BN worth of major projects in the financial services/retail sector for companies such as Shearson/Smith Barney in New York and Mervyn’s and Joseph Magnin in the west and southwest.

Gloria received her BA at the University of California at Berkeley with a major in Architecture. She is a founding member and former co-chair of Corporate Asian American Employee Network, the current board Vice Chair for Chinatown Community Development Center, a former board member of Chinese Historical Society of America, a founding member and former co-chair of Asian Connections Bay Area and a former member of Wells Fargo’s Corporate Diversity Council.
