Mae Jean Go is Business Manager for the online Consumer Digital Experience Group at AT&T. In this role, she is responsible for writing content, and for communicating design standards and style guides for AT&T’s Web sites.
Over the past 25+ years at AT&T, she has served in numerous eCommerce and Information Technology positions including content writing, content management, communications, business analysis, and programming. She has also held many Human Resources positions, including communications, strategic planning, quality, flexible work options, process management, and self- directed education.
She holds Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also completed a Master's of Science degree in the Management of Technology from Golden Gate University.
She is a CAAEN Advisor. She served as CAAEN Chair in 2011, and previously as Co-Chair in 2009 and 2010. She was Vice Chair for Leadership Development in 2008. A graduate of CAAEN’s Inaugural Leadership Training Program in 2007, she coordinated CAAEN’s Leadership Training Program in 2008 and 2009. She has helped plan and implement CAAEN’s annual events and leadership summits since 2008.
Since 1994, she has served on the Board of Directors for Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement (APCA), an employee resource group at AT&T. She has been a Board officer, and has led many APCA sponsored events, including chair of national scholarship program and co-chair of the national awards banquet.
