Ray Zhan Su is Partner at Business Innovation Services, LLC.，a new research, investment, advisory and leadership development firm that provide investors and companies a strategy and vision to accelerate the development and access of next generation technologies and business models.
Before Business Innovations Services, Ray was a Technical Alliance Manager at Hewlett-Packard Company. He was responsible for managing the technical relationships with strategic HP Independent Software Vendors and growing the business together. Ray also worked at the IT department, and the Professional Services Organizations at HP. Prior to HP, he was with Peking University, where he was a member of the core founding team for three Peking University start-up companies: Daiyu (a joint-venture with UNI in Japan), Jade Bird (now a public company in China), and GISOFT Computer Application Engineering Corporation. Ray served as vice president of GISOFT, responsible for managing software out-sourcing project teams and business development with US companies. Ray has over 19 years industry experience with managerial, alliance, consulting, and technical positions in USA, Hong Kong, Singapore and China.
Ray is appointed as chair of the Sunnyvale City Board of Library Trustees. Ray also holds leadership positions in following non-profit organizations: Corporate Asian American Employee Network (CAAEN), Peking University Alumni Association of North California (PKUAANC), and American Maoming Association.
Ray holds a MS degree from the Chinese Academy of Science and a BS degree from Peking University, both in Computer Science.
