FANS' mission is to encourage Filipino American employees to be more pro-active in making Schwab a great place to work, promoting the Schwab brand in our community, and promoting financial fitness for all Filipino Americans. We will also strive to build partnerships with other diverse communities.
The POISE employee resource group was launched in 2005. POISE focuses on employees with cultural roots from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. POISE strives to create a professional, social and cultural network. Employees of all cultures are welcome to participate in diversity initiatives planned by POISE.
APINS is committed to creating a network that promotes the professional and personal development of Asian employees, while also increasing the involvement of Asian American employees into the community. APINS strives to foster the expansion of diversity at Schwab for all employees.
